Excellent. Barnard's is very professional. They were very clean while doing the job. I could not even tell they had been working. They were always on time and called immediately if there was a change in schedule. I first used them about 15 years ago to refinish my Grandmothers dresser. Did very good job with everything, showed up when expected, had all work completed within one week of starting. Willing to make changes as we changed our mind several times. Gary replaced the broken pump installed about a year earlier. We really, really like our pump! Gary has saved me so many dollars and headaches over the last 3-4 years. We live in a 60+ year old house and very little of the plumbing had been replaced. Over time, Gary checked various areas where he was working and found several places where pipes were just about to burst. Replacing the pipes Before they burst is a whole lot easier, cheaper, and less messy than after they burst. Only the pipe behind the water heater was left and, when I finally got around to scheduling that repair, one small flake of metal was all that was between us and a water leak in the wall. Gary found and replaced that and now all plumbing in this house has been updated back into the walls. I am sold on this company and Gary, in particular. If I need a plumber, I'm calling Midway

We had a meeting to discuss what we wanted. They came back with an estimate of the cost. We went with the general contractor to select the granite, tile, bead board and trim. We, personally purchased the cabinet pulls, sink and toilet. At first the bead board did not meet our expectations but was corrected. Our only complaint was that the wall texture, bead board addition and painting were sub-contracted to a new carpenter and painter and they were not the easiest people with which to work. I felt they were inexperienced and not willing to listen to what was wanted. The general contractor had to intervene for us to get what we wanted. The work met our expectations even though it was slow going. It took longer than expected to complete the job. Since this was a second bathroom we were not inconvenience by the time. The estimated price was $1000 less than the actual cost which was okay since we did some quality upgrades. We would use them again for remodeling projects
